Replacement Policy
At JUO INDIA, we offer only a replacement policy — NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.
When is a replacement allowed?

If the sunglasses do not fit you well

If you are not satisfied with the product
Replacement Process:

You must courier the received sunglasses back to our address at your own cost.

Once we receive the sunglasses, we will dispatch the replacement pair.

The courier cost for the replacement shipment will be borne by JUO INDIA.
Important Notes:

Replacements are only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order. The replaced item will be delivered within 5-7 days.

Refunds are not available.
