All our products are tailor-made and undergo multi-level quality checks and sanitization to ensure safe and secure dispatch every time. You will receive confirmation via Email/SMS once your orders are dispatched from our warehouse.

We have partnered with third-party logistic service providers to manage product delivery. Some areas or pin codes may have limited logistic reach. Please check service availability at your pin code before placing an order.

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details, including identifiable landmarks, to ensure hassle-free delivery. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery, for which JUO INDIA will not be responsible.

Delivery may be delayed due to political restrictions, logistic issues beyond our control, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

JUO INDIA will make reasonable efforts to notify customers about any anticipated delays via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number (AWB). Please note, there may be occasional tracking delays from the courier partner’s side.
Shipping Terms for Non-Serviceable Pin Codes:

Prepaid orders to non-serviceable pin codes are sent via Speed Post.

JUO INDIA is not liable for delays in such deliveries.

Normal delivery and refund schedules do not apply for Speed Post shipments.
