Order Shipping
Shipping Policy
- All orders are processed 12:00 PM Daily. (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Once orders are processed and shipped they are delivered in 4-5 Business Days.
- Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.)
Order Tracking
How can I track my order?
- Login > My Account > My Orders
- Select the order you wish to track
- You will be able to check the status and estimated delivery date over there. You will also receive the tracking details on your registered Email ID/ Whatsapp number once your order has been dispatched.
Payment Related
What are your payment modes?
You can pay through NEFT/ UPI/ Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Wallets/ Cash On Delivery.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, you can pay for your order on delivery.
What should I do if my online payment fails?
Please retry making the payment and crosscheck if the details entered are accurate. Any amount debited from your account after a payment failure will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank. You can also use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option if unable to make payment online.

Return & Refund
How to apply for return?
Sign into your account.
Once you have placed a request for return, you will receive a confirmation call from our Customer Care team to facilitate the same.
If the size doesn’t fit, can I exchange?
Yes, you can request return through ‘My Orders’ section on our website. Our Customer Support team will contact you for further procedure.
When will I receive my refund?
After we have received your return parcel or package, We will verify It and we will Initiated your refund within 24-48 hours.
If I had placed an order on COD, how will I receive my refund?
Once the refund has been initiated, you will receive a link on your registered WhatsApp number to enter the preferred account details for refund transaction.
